Role Overview~
- Seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Pipeline Builder with strong US Market experience. (MONEY ORIENTED)
- Role focuses on sales-front skills in Telesales or Customer Service Sales to engage top-tier talent.
- Requires a trustworthy, outgoing professional who excels in fast-paced environments and organizational research.
Key Responsibilities~
- Proactively identify and engage US Market candidates using job portals, ATSs, and advanced research techniques.
- Conduct high-interest screenings and effectively "sell" opportunities to passive talent using Telesales skills.
- Maintain a meticulously organized candidate database ensuring data integrity and easy access.
- Build networks and generate high-quality referrals through an outgoing personality.
- Adapt to changing priorities and market trends proactively.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide clear updates to hiring managers.
Requirements~
- Proven experience sourcing for the US Market with a strong background in Telesales or Customer Service Sales.
- Excellent fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Expert skills in building talent pipelines, navigating job portals, and managing ATS platforms.
- Highly adaptable, trustworthy, and personable, displaying excellent phone communication.
- Superior organizational skills to manage complex research and data tracking.
