Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, managing full-life cycle recruiting, developing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring successful hiring of high-caliber talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work collaboratively with the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer as well as internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and to create a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Strong skills in Employer Branding to attract top talent and enhance the company’s market presence
- Demonstrable large network of data professionals
- Proficiency in conducting Interviews and leveraging effective evaluation techniques
- Experience in Recruiting in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Understanding of data and analytics-driven decision-making is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
