Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team and support the hiring process, with a primary focus on sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Post job vacancies on various platforms and job boards
- Source and attract candidates through different channels (databases, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies, especially in sales hiring
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with ATS systems is a plus
