Job Summary

To work in a truly global environment to support our growing and transitioning global talent acquisition team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organisation. The successful hire will support interview scheduling, team administration and ensure robust reporting and support for the heads of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Scheduling candidate screening calls for the team and hiring managers' interviews, allowing for global time variations and ensuring a keen attention to detail
  • LinkedIn administration: managing InMail messaging to candidates and scheduling headhunt calls for the team
  • Talent acquisition reporting in Excel and PowerPoint, and with time, our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Administering our company and business unit Glassdoor review responses
  • Glassdoor review request administration
  • Administering candidate and hiring manager survey requests and associated reporting
  • GDPR data cleansing
  • Ad hoc ongoing project work and duties as assigned by the head of talent acquisition
  • Ad hoc holiday cover for the team

Requirements: Education, Competencies & Skills

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment coordination, scheduling or administration from a corporate in-house and/or agency environment
  • Excellent written and spoken business English combined with good communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage and prioritise multiple priorities, deadlines, and requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially with written communication
