The successful candidate should possess;
· Ensure that the company provides the highest levels of customer service
· Ensure that the company operates in accordance with company policies, procedures and Internal Control Procedures
· Ensure that the company operates according to the highest possible standards, in keeping with its objective to become the market leader in South Africa
· The surveillance personnel are responsible for monitoring Surveillance of the branch during operational hours
· Monitor and ensure that clearance is completed in line with Company Policies and Procedures
· Monitor and ensure that count is completed and verified in line with Company Policies and Procedures
· Surveillance personnel are responsible for completing Audits of gaming events in line with Company Policies and Procedures
· To ensure that management are informed of any non-compliance matters
· Report any suspicious behaviour/patron or activities to the Branch Manager or Senior Surveillance Officer
· Report any irregular activities on the branch premises to the Branch Manager or Duty Manager or Senior Surveillance Officer
Assist with training of new surveillance personnel
