Supply Chain Teammates

Role Purpose

You will support the effective management of stock flow, inventory accuracy and order fulfilment while ensuring products are available when customers need them. Working closely with sales, delivery and installation teams, you will help create a seamless experience by ensuring the right products reach the right place at the right time. Help us build the future of our new store in Cornubia (KwaZulu-Natal).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify quantity and quality of goods upon arrival

• Maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and carriers

• Manage carrier schedules and align operations with delivery timelines

• Collaborate with sales teams to forecast inventory flow and improve service

• Prepare goods in correct quantity and quality for customers

• Act as a key contact point for customers, providing updates and managing priorities

• Improve order preparation and storage processes for efficiency

• Support customer loyalty through product knowledge and tailored solutions

• Keep storage areas clean, organised, and efficient

• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy

• Work with sales and installation teams to optimise stock rotation and availability

• Identify opportunities to improve storage capacity and inventory management

• Perform routine IT tasks such as order releases and cancellations

• Follow safety protocols including PPE use and equipment handling

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and report safety risks

• Participate in safety training and contribute to improvements

• Maintain accurate inventory and timely order fulfilment

• Deliver high customer satisfaction through reliable service

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field (advantageous)

• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management or order processing

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-focused mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills
