Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate logistics, transportation, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Analyze demand forecasts and collaborate with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure supply availability.
- Manage warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related functions.
- At least 3–5 years of managerial experience.
