Supply Chain Controller

BerryWorld South Africa is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Controller to join our dynamic team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information across our supply chain, with a focus on stock control, depot coordination, and export administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute load plans and truck transfers between depots.
• Perform stock checks, reconciliations, and manage corrections.
• Coordinate operations at depots and liaise with service providers.
• Manage export consignments, shipping documentation, and freight bookings.
• Update and distribute grower forecasts, pack instructions, and weekly prices.
• Provide professional support to growers and customers, including training and post-season reviews.
• Drive process improvements and maintain accurate records for audits and reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Matric and a tertiary qualification in Logistics or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG or perishable exports (advantageous).
• Strong administrative and numerical skills with ERP system exposure preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
