Purpose :
Within the framework of missions and goals of the Supplier Quality Development division, the SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) is STELLANTIS’s representative /window person for parts industrialized and produced at Suppliers locations. He is responsible on process activities and ensures the compliance of delivered parts (quality and capacity).
Main missions & activities:
- Management of supplier performance in the project phase and in serial life
- Supplier process qualification,
- Supplier capacity assessment,
- Supplier crisis management (Quality and Logistics)
- Supplier escalation management
- Monitoring of top offender suppliers,
- Management of supplier site transfer activities,
- Follow-up of Greenfield/brownfield
Required knowledge and competencies:
- Minimum experience of 5 years in automotive industry
- Quality, Process Quality Supplier Quality, Method & Process)
- Experience in a managerial position is an asset
- Knowledge of Quality standards and automotive core tools
- Knowledge of industrialization processes, project management, product design engineering/APQP-PPAP
- Knowledge of operational logistics
- Knowledge of purchasing and supplier relationship, information confidentiality mastery
- Leadership capacities, results orientation, Autonomy and Perseverance
- Good level in English
