We’re growing (pun intended ), and we’re looking for a Stump Grinder & Tree Planting Crew Member who’s ready to get their hands dirty, learn a trade, and be part of a crew that actually works as a team.
No fancy experience required—just a solid work ethic and a willingness to show up and learn.
What You’ll Do
- Operate (or learn to operate) stump grinding equipment to remove tree stumps safely and efficiently
- Assist with planting trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials
- Help prep sites for planting (digging, soil prep, positioning—yes, you’ll get a workout )
- Support clean-up efforts to leave job sites looking sharp and professional
- Work alongside crew members on various outdoor projects as needed
- Learn proper techniques, safety practices, and equipment use on the job
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather (sun, sweat, maybe a little mud…welcome to the Midwest)
- Able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials
- Reliable, hardworking, and not afraid of a little dirt
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license preferred
