Role Description
We're Hiring: Senior Recruitment & Admissions Officer
Location: Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-Time
At MASAR, we are expanding our team and looking for a passionate and experienced Recruitment & Admissions Officer to support students and families throughout their higher education journey while driving student recruitment and enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full student recruitment and admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct consultations with students and parents regarding university and career pathways.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational partners, and universities.
- Represent the organization at educational fairs, school visits, webinars, and recruitment events.
- Process applications and ensure all admissions documentation is accurate and complete.
- Monitor recruitment targets and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships and recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, educational counseling or study abroad.
- Strong knowledge of university admissions and international education systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment and enrollment targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Experience with CRM systems and admissions platforms is an advantage.
