Responsibilities：
1）Find and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and fulfillment, ensure adequate supply resources, and maintain supplier relationships.
2）Made procurement plan and improve the competitiveness and price of supply resources through reasonable methods (competitive bidding/bidding/RFQ).
3）Cross-departmental collaboration.
4）Ensure compliance of procurement operations.
5）Continuously optimize procurement model.
Key Qualification
- Experience of 8 years and above as a purchase, Senior strategic buyer or procurement Manager
- Must be master's or bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Honest and trustworthy, with strong integrity
- Able to follow and comply with manager's workhand instructions;
- Has relevant experience in learning and operating ERP/system platforms as well as competent in Microsoft excel's formulas;
- Has strong market awareness and good coordination skills.
- With extensive purchasing experience and ability.
