Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Tripoli is for a Strategic Sales Account Manager. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and propose solutions that align with client needs. The responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining market knowledge to stay competitive in serving the oil, gas, energy, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Strategic Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of the oil, gas, energy, or industrial sectors is highly beneficial
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable business strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Tripoli and travel as needed for client meetings
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
