Capitec Business Bank is looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded professional to join a small, high-performing team that works directly with our executive leadership.
This is a unique opportunity for management consultants, corporate strategists, CA(SA)s, and business transformation leaders who want to move beyond recommendations and see their ideas implemented at scale.

As part of our Strategic Projects & Business Optimisation team, you'll partner with executives to solve complex business challenges, identify growth opportunities, shape strategic direction, and influence initiatives that impact thousands of South African businesses.
One week you could be building a financial model to evaluate a new business opportunity.
The next, you could be conducting a competitor analysis, developing a strategic business case, assessing a potential partnership, or contributing to discussions at Business Bank EXCO level.
You'll think like a consultant, analyse like a financier, and deliver like an operator.
What you'll be doing
• Driving strategic projects across Capitec Business Bank
• Developing business cases, growth strategies, and innovative solutions
• Supporting executive decision-making through rigorous analysis and insights
• Building financial models and evaluating strategic opportunities
• Identifying efficiency improvements and optimisation initiatives
• Assessing partnerships, acquisitions, and new business opportunities
• Engaging with senior stakeholders across the organisation
• Contributing to the execution of projects that create measurable business impact
Who we're looking for
We're interested in professionals who combine strong analytical capability with commercial acumen and a passion for solving complex business problems.
Ideal backgrounds include:
Management Consulting
Corporate Strategy
Transaction Advisory
CA(SA) professionals with strong commercial exposure
Minimum Requirements
• Honours Degree
• 5+ years relevant experience
• At least 2 years within a Management Consulting environment
OR
• CA(SA) qualification with 2+ years post-articles experience
