OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
This position is responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of digital strategies that support the objectives of the Detail commercial teams:
Specialty Care and Gen-Med. The role directs a centralized digital approach for Aspen, held by the integration of performance marketing, campaign optimization, omni-channel engagement, content development & coordination. The Strategy Enablement Manager is overall responsible for enabling the Marketing Team strategically, and the EXCO team with data analytics and tools to understand market conditions, performance of Aspen and individual brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accelerate Omni-Channel Capability for Specialty & Gen-Med Business Units
- Rollout, Management and Governance of CRM Capabilities
- Develop brand strategies, support execution, optimize and maintain all digital marketing channels including CRM campaigns, and other online mechanisms in line with go-to-market strategies
- Holistic management of Aspen digital activities, tracking total engagement across channels,
- Development of playbooks for marketing teams and agencies
- Develop in-house content development capabilities
- Continuous engagement with agencies, ensuring consistency in digital implementation
- Developing and implementing a budget for the department and ensuring sound financial management of the expenses.
Provide Market insights to the Business
- Provide insights into Pharma market environment and performance to EXCO, including competitor analysis
- Collaboration within a strategic team including BEX management, Sales management and Marketing management in providing strategic direction to the organization
- Ensure Data analytics through user friendly tools is provided to marketing team
- Lead team to execute on market research into patient behaviours
- Lead team in market research into customer behaviour and satisfaction
Accelerate & Evolve of Aspen SA Commercials’ digital strategy, aligned with the overall global digital strategy
- Lead Digital team in measuring customer engagement tools usage and effectiveness for both consumer and HCP
- Annual review and updating Standard Operating Policies (SOP) to enable efficient and compliant digital execution.
- Providing guidance and upskilling opportunities for Sales & Marketing to advance knowledge and implementation of Digital & OCE principles
- Standardizing and centralizing reporting across channels
- Inform EXCO of digital opportunities for the bigger organization
Manage, Coach and Develop Digital & Data Teams
- Oversee, lead and supervise teams in providing information leading to insights into Go-to-Market model developments for key assets
- Succession planning & Business Continuity
