Role Description
We are seeking a Strategic Account Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Strategic Account Specialist will build and nurture client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, delivering compelling sales presentations, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and strong communication skills for effectively delivering information to clients
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Proven ability in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- Strong understanding of Sales Operations, including process optimization and coordination with support teams
- Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in AI-driven solutions, customer engagement, or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
