We are a fast-growing exterior restoration company specializing in storm-related property restoration throughout Colorado’s Front Range. Our company focuses heavily on windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and full exterior restoration solutions for residential properties impacted by hail and severe weather.
We are seeking motivated, energetic, and professional canvassers who are looking to build a long-term career in the storm restoration industry while operating in one of the strongest hail markets in the country. Position Overview
The Storm Restoration Canvasser is responsible for generating leads, identifying storm-damaged properties, engaging homeowners, and setting appointments for restoration inspections throughout the Denver metro and Front Range areas. This role is field-based and heavily focused on door-to-door canvassing, relationship building, and creating opportunities for the restoration team. Sales experience is preferred. Restoration experience is a plus. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods impacted by hail and storm activity
- Generate leads and schedule property inspections
- Educate homeowners on storm-related exterior damage
- Identify opportunities involving windows, roofing, siding, gutters, exterior paint, and full exterior restoration
- Track daily activity and lead generation efforts
- Build rapport and trust with homeowners
- Work closely with the restoration and sales teams
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in the field
- Meet or exceed lead generation goalsPreferred Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods daily
- Sales or canvassing experience preferred
- Storm restoration experience is a plus
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
