Phoenix is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to join our team.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, store, and issue firefighting materials, equipment, and spare parts.
Maintain accurate inventory records using Odoo ERP.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Procurement Department for replenishment.
Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and easy retrieval of materials.
Archive and maintain all warehouse documentation, including GRNs, delivery notes, issue vouchers, and inventory reports.
Perform regular stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE standards within the warehouse.
Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely material availability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in the firefighting or MEP industry.
Strong knowledge of firefighting equipment and materials, including pipes, fittings, valves, sprinklers, fire pumps, hose reels, fire extinguishers, and related accessories.
Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP for inventory and warehouse management.
Experience in document archiving and maintaining organized warehouse records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
