The Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse and storage facilities. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials, spare parts, equipment, and supplies while ensuring inventory accuracy, stock availability, and compliance with company procedures.

  • n.Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and organization of inventory items in accordance with company standard
  • s.Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock transactions in the ERP system on a timely basi
  • s.Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory availability to support operational and project requirement
  • s.Issue materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment against approved requests while maintaining accurate record
  • s.Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits to ensure inventory accurac
  • y.Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to minimize stock variance
  • s.Monitor and report slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, or expired inventory item
  • s.Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Service, and Project teams regarding material requirements and stock replenishmen
  • t.Prepare and maintain all inventory-related documentation, including goods receipt notes, stock transfer records, and material issue voucher
  • s.Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health, safety, and security standard
  • s.Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records and supporting documentatio
  • n.Prepare periodic inventory, stock movement, and warehouse performance reports for management revie

Qualifications & Experie

    Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fi
  • eld.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or storekeep
  • ing.Experience within engineering, electro-mechanical, HVAC, power generation, construction, or industrial sectors is prefer
