As a Store Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Mr Famer, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. Your friendly and approachable demeanour will help create a welcoming atmosphere in our store, making customers feel valued and appreciated. You will also assist with preparation pf customer quotations and other admin tasks
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
– Provide product information and make recommendations based on customer preferences
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
– Administration of sales transaction, including invoicing, cash up, preparation of quotations, processing of orders etc
Requirements:
– Matric or equivalent qualification
– Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
– Previous administration experience.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Willingness to learn about our products and stay up-to-date with -industry trends
– Flexibility to work Saturday’s.
– Computer skills including Excel, Word, email’s and point of sales
