Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall store operations and drive team performance.
  • Manage store performance, including sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
  • Ensure effective staffing, training, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain strong financial controls and oversee budgets and expenses.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium in-store experience.
  • Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • 5+ years experience in Retail Management.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience with Sage will be advantageous.
  • Experience in a High-End Retail environment is preferred.
