Responsibilities:
- Lead overall store operations and drive team performance.
- Manage store performance, including sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Ensure effective staffing, training, and employee engagement.
- Maintain strong financial controls and oversee budgets and expenses.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium in-store experience.
- Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Grade 12.
- 5+ years experience in Retail Management.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with Sage will be advantageous.
- Experience in a High-End Retail environment is preferred.
