Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Bronkhorstspruit, involves overseeing the daily operations of a Cash Crusaders store. The Store Manager will ensure optimal performance in delivering superior customer service, managing staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining operational standards. The role includes inventory management, retail loss prevention measures, team leadership, and ensuring the store aligns with corporate values and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively lead a team and connect with customers
- Experience in Store Management, including leadership, team management, and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to ensure the security and profitability of the store
- Ability to adapt to operational challenges and positively implement changes to meet business goals
- Previous retail management experience is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency or fluency in local languages is an advantage
- A passion for developing team members and contributing to their growth
