Moya Properties is looking for a Stock Controller to support and strengthen stock control operations. The role is critical to the management of linen, amenities, keys, cleaning equipment, and materials, working alongside our existing Stock Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, distribute, and control linen, amenities, keys, cleaning equipment, and materials.
- Daily stock take of linen at the start and end of each day.
- Manage dirty linen dispatch to Laundry Corporation.
- Count, verify, and sign off on clean linen received.
- Hand out keys to; Housekeeping staff & Maintenance staff
- Ensure all keys are signed out and signed back in daily.
- Distribute equipment, cleaning materials, and amenities to housekeepers daily at the start of each
- shift.
- Receive equipment, cleaning materials, and amenities from housekeepers at the end of each shift.
- Accurately complete and submit daily reports via email, Breezeway, and other systems.
- Monitor amenity stock levels, complete stock sheets, and place orders with the Purchasing
- Manager when stock reaches minimum thresholds.
Requirements:
- Comfortable using laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Good command of English
- Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow systems and work independently
