RESTAURENT STOCK CONTROLLER (MULTI-STORE OPERATIONS)
We are looking for a highly disciplined and assertive Stock Controller to manage stock across multiple stores.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in stock control within hospitality or retail
- Experience working with Pilot POS
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and assertive
- Able to work independently and travel between stores
- Strong understanding of stock systems, variances, and controls
Role:
- Travel between 6 store locations to conduct regular stock counts
- Monitor and track daily prep sheets across store groups
- Maintain accurate stock levels and reporting systems
- Identify and report shortages, variances, and discrepancies
- Ensure stock control procedures are followed across all stores

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From R8 000,00 per month
