Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Egypt for a Steel Sales Executive. The Steel Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and closing sales opportunities within the steel construction industry. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, understanding client requirements, providing product recommendations, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The role also involves market research to identify trends and new opportunities, as well as collaborating with internal departments to meet client needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of steel products, construction materials, and relevant market dynamics
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research, analysis, and lead generation techniques
- Prior experience in the steel or construction industry is a strong advantage
- Ability to work on-site and travel as needed to meet with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
