Role Description
This is a remote role for a Startup Mentor. The Startup Mentor will guide entrepreneurs and early-stage startups in business planning, sales strategy, resource management, and leadership development. Responsibilities include mentoring founders, providing tailored coaching, advising on financial planning, and supporting decision-making to drive growth. The role requires working closely with teams to navigate challenges and foster long-term success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Finance to provide actionable guidance for startups
- Experience in Mentoring and Coaching to develop individuals and teams effectively
- Knowledge of Sales strategies to support client acquisition and market growth
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience working with startups or scaling businesses globally is an advantage
- Familiarity with cross-cultural environments; multilingual skills (English required, other languages a plus)
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
