Quantity Surveyor
Hill International is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure project on the North Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity take-off and prepare/review BOQs
- Review and certify contractor payment applications (IPCs)
- Handle measurement and remeasurement activities
- Evaluate variations and cost impact
- Support claims from a measurement and cost perspective
- Prepare cost reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with commercial, contracts, and site teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture) or Quantity Surveying
- 12+ years of experience in QS / cost management
- Strong experience within PMC / Consultant environment
- Solid background in BOQ, measurement, IPCs, and variations
- Experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, networks)
- Good understanding of FIDIC (commercial aspects)
Preferred:
- PMP Certification
- Cost estimation / measurement courses
