We’re looking for a dynamic Specialist Facilitator who can engage, inspire, and elevate learning experiences across a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation.

You’ll be at the heart of the Learning & Development strategy, designing and delivering impactful training programmes that empower individuals and teams to perform at their best. From onboarding new clients to facilitating leadership development, you’ll play a critical role in building capability across the organisation.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging, high-impact training programmes across the business
- Design and develop innovative learning content & experiences
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and meet learning needs
- Analyse training data and provide insight-driven improvements
- Support onboarding and system training (NIMBIS platform)
- Continuously evolve programmes using modern learning methodologies
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years’ experience in Learning & Development
- Minimum 4 years as a Facilitator / Trainer
- Proven experience delivering leadership programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement & communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging learning environments
- Qualification in HR, Education, or related field
- ETDP / ODETDP (advantageous)
