You will play a key role in guiding stakeholders, challenging thinking, and embedding best-in-class hiring practices. What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (brief → interview → offer → close)
- Facilitate structured, competency-based interviews and assessments
- Influence and guide hiring decisions to ensure fairness, consistency, and quality of hire
- Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience
- Track, analyse, and report on recruitment metrics, insights, and hiring progress
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve hiring effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour legislation and internal policies
What You Bring
You are a credible Talent Advisor who brings insight, structure, and confidence into every hiring conversation.
You likely have:
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, ideally with exposure to technology and data-related roles
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a target-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and challenge constructively
- Confidence in advising on hiring decisions using data, insights, and structured evaluation methods
- A track record of building trusted relationships with business stakeholders
Proven experience in:
- Interviewing techniques (including telephonic and competency-based interviewing)
- Candidate response handling and constructive feedback delivery
- Recruitment and selection processes and methodologies
- Application and interpretation of assessments (e.g. ability tests, personality questionnaires)
- Working with structured hiring frameworks and best practices
Ideal:
- Experience with management competency frameworks, including assessment and feedback
- Exposure to talent review processes and development conversations
Ability to contribute to broader talent discussions beyond hiring (e.g. talent planning, succession, capability building).
