We are looking for a Specialist – Sourcing & Contracting to join our Contract Management Department and support the team in delivering its diverse responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:

Contract Management: Manage the lifecycle of low-value, low-risk contracts, from negotiation and drafting to contract administration.

Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and due diligence processes, including ARSP and supplier compliance.

Supplier Management: Maintain up-to-date supplier and contractor databases, monitor supplier performance, and contribute to the resolution of contractual disputes.

Operational Support: Assist internal stakeholders with contracting and procurement requests, coordinate interactions with suppliers and other stakeholders, and organize meetings.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports and dashboards, identify and mitigate contractual risks, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
