The OPs Field Training Specialist supports the planning,coordination, and execution of field training activities across branches. The role is responsible for assisting in training delivery, monitoring attendance and engagement, collecting feedback, and supporting continuous learning initiatives. The specialist helps ensure
effective training implementation, identifies retraining needs, and maintains accurate reporting to support
operational performance and employee development.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Data Support
- Coordinate and support branch training sessions
- Ensure attendance and smooth training execution.
- Assist in training delivery and engagement activities.
- Adapt delivery methods based on audience needs.
- Conduct post-training assessments and collect feedback.
- Identify retraining needs and coordinate follow-ups.
- Maintain reporting and field issue escalation.
Data Compliance
- Ensure all training records, attendance sheets,assessments, and feedback data comply with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of training reports and field observations.
- Follow internal procedures for data access, reporting, and information sharing.
- Support compliance with organizational standards related to training and operational processes.
Data Quality
- Maintain accurate and updated training attendance, assessment, and feedback records
- Verify training data and reports before submission or communication.
- Monitor consistency and completeness of field training documentation.
- Identify and report missing information or reporting discrepancies.
- Support standardized reporting and documentation practices across branches.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or any related field preferred)
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Strong coordination and organizational skills
· Attention to detail and willingness to learn
· Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
· Flexibility to support field visits and training activities when required.
Experience:
· 0–2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome)
