Quality Assurance – 2nd Shift (Bilingual Required)
Location: Suwanee, GA
Pay: $16/hr-$18/hr
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Axiom Staffing Group is currently hiring for a Bilingual Team Lead position in a food production environment in Suwanee, GA. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring food safety, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the production team. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support production team members on the floor
- Follow direction from the Director of Operations and work closely with plant management
- Ensure compliance with USDA FSIS regulations (9CFR 416 & 417) and all federal/state guidelines
- Monitor quality of raw materials and finished products
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and production activities
- Support and enforce food safety programs and procedures
- Assist in maintaining production standards and product consistency
- Identify quality issues and report non-conformance concerns
- Assist with investigations of product complaints or quality concerns
- Ensure all documentation and check sheets are completed properly
- Support audits and inspections as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – REQUIRED
- Previous leadership or team lead experience in food production preferred
- Experience in quality assurance or food manufacturing is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills
Skills:
- Basic to strong math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Data entry and basic reporting experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in cold and hot environments
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
