Job Description:
As a Spa Technician at Concord Pools & Spas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance and service to our clients’ spa facilities. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers experience the utmost satisfaction with their spa equipment, always maintaining functionality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
1. Spa Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks on spa equipment, including cleaning, water quality testing, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections. Ensure that all spa systems are functioning optimally.
2. Repairs: Diagnose and address any issues with spa equipment promptly and effectively. Perform necessary repairs, replacements, or adjustments to ensure proper functionality.
3. Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their questions, concerns, and service requests promptly. Provide guidance on proper spa maintenance and usage to enhance the customer experience.
4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of spa facilities to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs performed, and products used. Ensure that all documentation is complete and up to date.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest spa equipment, technologies, and industry trends. Continuously expand your knowledge base to better serve our customers and enhance service offerings.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the spa team to coordinate service schedules, share insights, and collaborate on complex projects. Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in spa maintenance or a related field required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work additional hours.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Day shift
- 6–8-hour shifts
Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- Clean NYS drivers license (Required)
