A well established Caf is looking for a Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen, elevate every plate, and keep things running like clockwork even on the busiest nights.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
- Leading prep, plating, and quality control with a sharp eye and a steady hand
- Training and mentoring line cooks and kitchen staff
- Stepping in to run the kitchen when the Head Chef isn’t there
- Managing food cost, portioning, and inventory
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health code standards
- Bringing fresh ideas to the menu (we love a chef who dreams in flavors)

- Solid experience working the line in a professional kitchen
- Strong knife skills and a deep understanding of technique
- A leader who can stay calm and sharp during the rush
- Someone who cares about consistency, quality, and presentation
- A team player who can train, motivate, and hold a station accountable
