Responsibilities
Install and maintain solar PV systems according to established standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and repair solar system faults and issues.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
Monitor system performance and prepare reports on energy production.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve operational goals.
Provide excellent customer service support to clients regarding solar energy solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Solar Technician or similar role.
Certification or training in solar technology or related fields.
Strong understanding of solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license is preferred.
