🚀 We’re Looking for a Founding Engineer (Equity-Based) — Renthob
We’re building Renthob — a platform that helps people find not just a house, but the right place to live using an AI-powered advisor + rental marketplace.
So far, we’ve:
• Built an AI advisor that recommends neighborhoods based on lifestyle & income
• Built a working marketplace for rentals
• Started early user testing and validation
• Been actively growing through partnerships and traction channels
Now we need a strong technical partner to help us bring everything together.
👨💻 Your Role:
• Merge our marketplace and AI advisor into one seamless product
• Lead frontend/full-stack development and system structure
• Improve responsiveness, performance, and user experience
• Work directly with the founders on product decisions and iterations
💡 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience with React / Next.js (or similar stack)
• Ability to integrate APIs and structure scalable systems
• Solid product thinking — not just coding, but problem solving
• Someone who wants to build, own, and grow with a startup
