About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and handle community interactions. This role also includes front desk responsibilities, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Create, write, and publish engaging content (Arabic & English)
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
Monitor performance and optimize content based on insights
Community Management (Moderation)
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally and promptly
Handle customer interactions and maintain a consistent brand tone
Manage online reputation and engagement

Front Desk Responsibilities
Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage calls, bookings, and inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management
Strong content writing skills in English and Arabic
Experience in community management / moderation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and professional demeanor suitable for a client-facing role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
Background in English-based education (e.g., IG, American Diploma) or equivalent fluency
Experience in customer-facing or service-oriented roles
Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms
