We are looking for a full-time Social Media Specialist who combines strong hands-on social media expertise with the ability to lead and coordinate a creative team. This role is both strategic and executional: you will manage day-to-day social media activities while leading graphic designers and support content creators to deliver high-performing, on-brand content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
1. Analysis competitors and Generate Content Ideas
2. Create, publish, and optimize content across major social media platforms
3. Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action
4. Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators
5. Create clear creative briefs and content guidelines
6. Review and approve content / designs for quality and brand consistency
7. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
8. Create and manage meta Campaigns
Performance & Optimization
1. Track and analyze social media KPIs
2. Optimize content based on performance insights
3. Conduct testing to improve engagement and reach
4. Prepare regular performance reports
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing agency
2. Experience in running meta ads ( media buying )
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics
4. Excellent copywriting and communication skills
5. +3 years in social media role
