Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, organised and reliable Social Media & Funnel Content Creator to support both our aesthetics clinic and training academy with social media content, ad creatives, reels, campaign visuals, newsletters, AI-assisted content and sales funnel support.
This role is not only about posting on social media. The successful candidate must be able to create content that supports campaigns, Meta ads, sales funnels, lead generation and bookings.
The ideal candidate will understand that content must not only look good, but also attract the right audience, build trust and encourage people to enquire.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in social media editing, content creation, or similar roles.
- Strong portfolio of social media content (reels, campaigns, ads, graphics).
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Experience with paid ads, funnels, or lead generation is a plus.
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, skincare, training, or healthcare is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Go High Level, sales funnels, WhatsApp campaigns, or email campaigns is advantageous.
AI Knowledge & Experience:
- Confident using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI) for content creation, campaign ideas, scripts, hooks, and video editing.
- Ability to create original AI-assisted content that aligns with the brand and audience.
- Understanding of how AI can enhance content performance, trends, and audience targeting.
Key Skills:
- Content Creation: Strong writing, editing, and content creation for posts, reels, and Meta ads.
- Video & Design: Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and video editing tools; ability to create engaging content.
- Strategy & Campaign Support: Assist with campaign content for launches, ads, and sales funnels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams, take feedback, and manage multiple tasks.
- Trends Awareness: Familiar with current trends and strategies to enhance business reach and engagement.
Work Environment & Technical Requirements:
- Must have a fast, reliable laptop and internet connection.
- Comfortable working remotely and attending online meetings.
- Organised with files and deadlines.
Soft Skills:
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Able to follow brand direction and adapt to feedback.
- Commercially aware with an understanding that content drives engagement and sales.
