Role Description This full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role at Mindak.agency is based in El Achour. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives. Responsibilities include managing the content calendar, writing and editing posts, collaborating with internal teams to gather assets, and monitoring community interactions such as comments and messages. The role also involves optimizing social media performance through SMO best practices, tracking KPIs, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The Social Media Manager will stay current with platform updates, trends, and competitive activity to help drive engagement and growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with demonstrated experience managing brand accounts.
- Strong Content Strategy skills, including planning content calendars, aligning posts with campaigns, and adapting content to different platforms.
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand messages.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to optimize performance.
- Ability to work on-site in El Achour, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to trend-spotting and idea generation.
- Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role; agency experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
