About The Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will plan, create, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms for UK-based clients, helping to grow their online presence and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client brand guidelines
- Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences
- Track performance metrics and compile regular reports
- Research trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in social media management or content creation
- Strong written English communication skills
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar
- Ability to work UK business hours (flexible arrangements possible)
- Self-motivated with good time management skills
