About the Role
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Content Manager to manage and grow personal social media accounts. The role involves creating, editing, and publishing engaging content while ensuring consistent activity and quality across platforms. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, is comfortable editing short-form videos, and knows how to manage content across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing
- Edit and produce engaging short-form videos for social media platforms
- Cut, trim, and enhance video content using editing tools
- Add captions, transitions, music, and graphics to improve engagement
- Prepare content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Social Media Management
- Upload and schedule posts across social media platforms
- Manage daily activity on social accounts including posts, stories, and reels
- Ensure consistency in posting and brand tone
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement when required
Content Planning
- Assist in planning weekly or monthly content calendars
- Identify trending topics and formats that can increase engagement
- Suggest new ideas for videos and social media posts
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Ability to edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools
- Understanding of short-form video content and platform algorithms
- Basic graphic editing skills are a plus
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
Required Skills
- Experience growing personal or brand social media pages
- Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies
- Ability to create simple thumbnails, captions, and hashtags
