Duties
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage daily social media postings, monitor interactions, and respond promptly to comments or messages to foster community engagement.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
- Create monthly content calendar, schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize campaign reach.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with DTC, National Sales and Hospitality teams to align messaging during campaigns or product launches and support branding initiatives.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging technologies like video editing software for creating dynamic content.
Experience
- 2-3 years Proven experience in social media management or with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing social media scheduling platforms
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and social media marketing best practices.
- Ability to produce engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing suited for various platforms.
- Strong professional relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, and e-commerce units.
