WE’RE HIRING: FULL-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY EXECUTIVE
CTRL is looking for a full-time Social Media & Community Executive to join our team.
We’re looking for someone organized, creative, responsive, and highly aware of social media trends and audience behavior. Someone who can manage CTRL’s daily online presence, keep the community engaged, and help turn audience interaction into stronger customer retention and repeat purchases.
Role includes:
Managing the brand’s daily presence across social media, publishing content, writing captions, coordinating the posting schedule, managing the community channel, and following audience engagement closely.
You’ll also be responsible for collecting important comments, feedback, and customer insights, suggesting content ideas based on audience reactions, and maintaining a consistent daily brand presence.
The role also includes managing email marketing campaigns, WhatsApp/SMS campaigns later, building customer flows such as welcome, restock, launch, and repeat purchase messages, segmenting customers into groups, and running campaigns for existing customers.
You’ll also track open rate, click rate, conversion, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for social media, community, and CRM.
Requirements:
• Experience or strong interest in social media/community management
• Good writing skills and ability to write captions
• Strong understanding of audience engagement and social media trends
• Organized and able to manage schedules, reports, and campaigns
• Basic understanding of email marketing/CRM is a plus
• Able to follow brand tone and communication style
• Must be available full-time
• Location: First Settlement, New Cairo
