Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Branch Content Coordinator to drive content creation and social media engagement across our branch network. This role will be responsible for capturing and creating high-quality content at branches, managing social media posting schedules, and working closely with Regional Managers and shopping malls to plan and execute activations that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and foot traffic.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, social media savvy, comfortable working in the field, and has a strong portfolio demonstrating content creation, photography, videography, and social media management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Visit branches regularly to capture engaging photo and video content.
- Create social media content including reels, videos, stories, posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting across all social media platforms.
- Write compelling captions and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Coordinate content collection from branch teams where necessary.
- Manage community engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities to showcase products, promotions, customer experiences, and staff stories across social media channels.
- Branch Marketing & Activations
- Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify marketing opportunities at branch level.
- Work closely with malls and shopping centre marketing teams to plan and execute activations, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate competitions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Ensure activations are professionally documented through photo and video content.
- Support branches with local marketing initiatives that drive awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track and report on social media performance metrics.
- Analyze content performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting engagement, reach, follower growth, content output, and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen the brand’s social media presence.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proven experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Strong photography, videography, and mobile content creation skills.
- Proficiency in content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Experience coordinating events, promotions, or marketing activations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between branches.
- Portfolio showcasing social media content, campaigns, photography, and video work.

- Content Creation
- Minimum number of posts, reels, stories, and videos produced per month.
- Number of branch visits completed per month.
- Content delivered according to the approved content calendar.
- Consistent generation of fresh and engaging content from branches and activations.
- Social Media Performance
- Monthly engagement rate.
- Reach and impressions achieved across platforms.
- Follower growth month-on-month.
- Video views and reel performance.
- Growth in audience interactions, including comments, shares, saves, and direct messages.
- Activations & Branch Support
- Number of branch activations and events executed.
- Successful collaboration with Regional Managers and shopping centre marketing teams.
- Quantity and quality of content generated from activations.
- Timely execution of promotional and seasonal campaigns.
Reporting & Compliance
- Monthly performance reports submitted on time.
- Content aligned with brand standards and guidelines.
- Accuracy and consistency of social media messaging.
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing:
- Social media accounts managed.
- Examples of photography and videography work.
- Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form content created.
- Campaigns executed and measurable results achieved.
- Any activations, events, or promotional campaigns they have coordinated.
Location: Field-based with regular travel to branches and shopping centres.
Employment Type: Full-Time
A portfolio submission is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
