About the Role

A tech and consulting company is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media and Community Manager to drive our online presence, engage our community of sales and marketing professionals, and elevate our brand visibility.

Responsibilities

* Manage, monitor, and grow the company’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

* Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content that resonates with sales talents, businesses, and trainees.

* Moderate and cultivate an active online community across platforms, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries, comments, and direct messages.

* Design clear visual assets, captions, and multimedia content to promote the company’s hiring services (AuxHR, SupportPro) and training cohorts (Incubate)

* Execute monthly and quarterly social media campaigns to boost user engagement and talent community registration numbers.

* Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as audience growth, engagement rates, and content performance on a weekly basis.

* Collaborate with internal growth and product marketing teams to align social media output with company product launches and recruitment drives.

* Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices within the Nigerian tech and recruitment ecosystem.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience managing social media platforms and professional online communities, preferably within a tech, startup, or agency environment.

* Proven ability to create engaging, professional written content and short-form marketing copy independently.

* Basic proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe packages.

* Strong organizational skills to maintain to consistent content calendars and manage multiple digital channels simultaneously.

* Familiarity with community building and platform management (e.g., WhatsApp groups, Telegram, Slack, or LinkedIn groups).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle public inquiries and foster positive community interactions.
