Thawer Philanthropies Endowment (TPE) is a $1B private institutional endowment fund focused on deploying long-term, impact-oriented capital across emerging and underserved markets. Operating through a structured, trust-based capital framework, TPE aligns funding with execution to drive scalable, system-level outcomes.
TPE is now onboarding its 2026 cohort of Social Impact Venture Builders to originate and scale high-impact products and services under the TPE Social Impact Portfolio Fund.
Operators will receive milestone-based capital deployment, with an initial tranche of up to $1M to design, build, and launch solutions addressing systemic gaps across Education, Healthcare, Civictech, Fintech, Insurtech, Economic Mobility, and Institutional Infrastructure. Social Impact Venture Builders will be responsible for building and scaling social impact ventures designed to generate measurable public benefit and strengthen communities across their respective markets and regions.
This is a capital-backed execution mandate—not an incubator construct. Social Impact Venture Builders will operate across product development, team formation, and go-to-market strategy, aligned to defined delivery thresholds.

• Equity / stock options in underlying ventures
• Access to follow-on capital rounds
• Long-term retirement-linked participation structures
• $100K signing bonus (subject to milestone activation)
• Performance-based bonuses and capital-linked incentives
