Job specific responsibilities:

1. Acquire new SME clients through structured prospecting, field visits, and referrals.
2. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective pipeline management.
3. Promote and cross-sell financial products aligned with client needs.
4. Manage end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
6. Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activity within assigned areas, if any.
7. Ensure adherence to lending partners credit policies, compliance standards, and internal operational procedures.
8. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Credit, Operations) to ensure timely deal closure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in SME banking, financial services sales, or a similar role
• Administrative/ Coordination experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
