Role Responsibilities
- Create realistic business-related prompts based on defined user goals
- Interact with multiple AI chatbots (up to 5 turns per conversation)
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and overall quality
- Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations across chatbot responses
- Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results
- Review AI-generated outputs related to business operations, customer interactions, marketing, and financial planning
Requirements
- Business owner or strong understanding of small business operations
- Strong professional experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and evaluation skills
- Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines and quality standards
- Comfortable interacting with AI tools and technologies
- Strong written communication skills in French
- Experience with business functions such as marketing, operations, market research, customer management, or financial planning is preferred
