EcoShell is looking for a Part-Time Skincare Formulation Specialist to join our growing startup team.
We are seeking someone with a pharmacy/scientific background and hands-on experience in skincare product formulation, raw material preparation, and small-scale product development.
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Has practical experience in skincare or cosmetic formulation
• Has worked hands-on in labs, manufacturing, or product preparation
• Understands ingredients, formulations, and product stability
• Is excited to work within an early-stage startup environment
• Can help develop and improve final skincare products from concept to prototype
• Is flexible, practical, and willing to experiment and build from the ground up
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and test skincare formulations
• Work on raw material preparation and product development
• Support prototype creation and product improvement
• Assist in small-batch production and experimentation
• Contribute ideas for innovative skincare solutions
Preferred Background:
• Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cosmetics, Biotechnology, or related fields
• Experience in skincare formulation is highly preferred
